October is just around the corner, and with that comes our 5 Year Anniversary! Come celebrate with us the weekend of October 17th!

FREE CLASSES

All of our regularly scheduled classes will be free on Friday 10/17, Saturday 10/18, and Sunday 10/19.

As such, the physical form tends to be our first tool – our gateway to the profound gifts of this practice. Whether working in a group or private setting, come explore how the breath and classical surya namaskara can share powerful insights into how we, as yoga teachers, can serve the individual physically, energetically and spiritually. Just a heads up that there are some big things happening in our uptown community for our artistic community. Today, we're highlighting one of our favorite upcoming events at the new Buunni Performance Space in Inwood....⁣ ⁣ ✨Storytelling Concerts!✨⁣ ⁣ Every November people across the globe come together to be a part of TELLEBRATION!, a worldwide storytelling event that creates a network of storytellers and listeners bonded together in spirit at the same time, on the same weekend. In particular, how can schools and parents and students themselves reimagine the high school years so they are rich in power, purpose, and possibility?
