Meditation Classes

Did you know that in addition to our full yoga schedule, we also offer meditation classes? Join instructor Analisa Leaming every Sunday at 10AM for a led meditation class.

Meditation can be a great tool in helping you deal with stress or a busy schedule, and is a great addition to your yoga practice!


Beginners and drop ins are always welcome. Each class will begin with a discussion and then delve into meditation. Classes only $12- come try it out for yourself!
