They say it takes 21 days to create a habit, so let’s add an extra 7 days for good measure.
We will meet every Sunday to check in, meditate together, and support each other – throughout the week you will meditate on your own. You can also choose to opt-in to encouraging emails, blogs, and videos from instructor Analisa Leaming to support your journey. You will begin to see and feel benefits after your first meditation, by the time you reach 30 days of continuous meditation it will be an integral part of your daily experience.
