We are very excited about your interest in taking classes with us. If you are brand new to yoga, this is a decision that could drastically improve the quality of your life!
So here is what we suggest:
If this is your first time taking classes at our studio, the New Student Special is a perfect way to sample our classes. Try any of our regular yoga, Tai Chi, Feldenkrais or Core & More classes at a very economical rate. Please note that prenatal, mommy & me classes are not included in this offer. Mats are included in your very first class and are available for rent for $1 after that.
If this is your first time trying a yoga class, we strongly suggest you start by taking our Yoga For Beginners Workshop. Held each month, this 3 hour workshop will provide a basic framework for those new to yoga, or a review for those with yoga experience with a strong focus on alignment. After this series you will feel confident to join any class on our regular schedule.

Wear comfortable clothes that allow you to move and stretch easily. Stay away from anything too baggy or heavy. Shoes and socks are not worn in class.
Mats and water bottles can be rented or purchased at the studio or brought from your own home. If you have any valuables and there is no locker available, please bring them with you to the practice room and store them at the back of the room. Make sure that your phone is completely OFF.
We strongly recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes early so you have time to sign in, change, and get settled. On your first visit, plan to come a few minutes earlier to fill out a waiver and release form.
